Description
  • The Internal Service List is a listing of in-house actions carried out by a council. These are not public facing services but are performed by one department to another department or team to team.
    Use – The Internal Service List may form the basis of an intranet and can be used to determine the cost of delivering a service. In conjunction with processes and roles this list can show duplication of effort and skills gaps in an organisation.
